Every great journey starts with a single step. In 2022, Cross Builds laid its foundation with the Tite Transformation — our first affordable housing single-family home and a bold declaration of what we stand for: quality construction that uplifts families and communities.
2023
2023 marked a defining chapter for Cross Builds. With three landmark projects brought to completion, we turned vision into reality — delivering homes that reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and community development.
2024
In 2024, Cross Builds took its commitment a step further. We embraced innovative construction practices, eco-friendly solutions, and energy-efficient technologies — building not just for today’s families, but for the future of the communities we serve.
2025
2025 was a turning point. From completing two to four units a year to delivering nearly ten at once, Cross Builds didn’t just scale in volume — we grew in confidence, communication, and character.
2026
The story isn’t finished yet. With the Turnbow Quads taking shape and the Betty Boop project on the horizon, 2026 is already writing itself. Cross Builds continues to push forward — one project, one community, one milestone at a time.
