Six homes completed, a duplex moving into its third phase, and new permits approved. Here is where our projects stand this October.
01 — Project Complete
The Villas atTurnbow: Six Units Completed
One of our proudest milestones this year is the completion of The Villas at Turnbow, a six-unit residential development.
Completed in September 2026 in just 114 days, the project reflects our commitment to efficient construction, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship.
All six newly constructed homes are now available through TAS Realty Group.
02 — Development Update
Boy Street: Phase Three Is Underway
Progress continues at our 7979 Boy Street duplex project, where foundation work, framing, and decking have been completed.
The project has now entered its third construction phase, with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work underway. Interior finishes are scheduled to follow as we work toward our anticipated December 2026 completion.

Site visits are a big part of how we build. This month, our team walked the Boy Street site with the plans in hand, checking progress in person as the work moves into its third phase.
03 — Team & Education
Good Builders Keep Learning
Great builders understand more than the house in front of them. This month, our team took an introduction to the urban development sector, looking at how housing, schools, libraries, medical services, and local government shape the neighborhoods we build in.
That wider view makes us better builders, and better neighbors, in every community we serve.
04 — What’s Next
Barberry Drive Developments
We’re also preparing for the next chapter of construction.
With permits approved for Barberry, Cross Builds is moving closer to breaking ground on two new duplex developments, adding four more residential units to our pipeline.
As these projects advance, we look forward to sharing more behind-the-scenes updates and construction milestones.
