Turnbow Phase 2: Taking Shape
Turnbow Phase 2 is turning a corner. With siding now complete, the homes are finally showing their true character from the outside, and it’s starting to feel like real progress you can see.
Plumbing installs are back underway, and interior work has resumed in full swing. Each phase brings the project closer to its finished vision, and the finish line is coming more clearly into view with every passing week.
BOY STREET – PLANS GIVEN THE GREEN LIGHT
Big news on Boy Street: after months of groundwork, our plans have officially been approved for permitting. It’s a meaningful milestone, marking the shift from planning on paper to real progress on the ground, one step closer to breaking ground.

The Market Is Moving. Opportunity Favors the Prepared
Houston’s market has cooled from the pandemic-era frenzy. More homes are on the market, competition has eased, and buyers have more time to make an informed decision than they did a few years back.
Home values are still expected to move upward this year, which means waiting doesn’t save money so much as it costs today’s opportunity. Add in a strong local job market, steady population growth, and no state income tax, and the underlying fundamentals remain solid. This is a market built for buyers who are ready to move, not one to sit out.

Straight From the Industry
Patrick Jankowski, Senior Vice President of Research at the Greater Houston Partnership, shared his latest read on the region: this year’s slower construction numbers aren’t a warning sign, but a return to normal after two exceptionally strong years. The Greater Houston market has already booked roughly $5 billion in new contracts this year, in line with the healthy range the market held from 2020 to 2023.
